European nations are already beginning to implement the tax, and the Biden administration really wants to jump on that bandwagon. Switzerland is the latest to begin to transition to the global corporate minimum of 15 percent.

The plan is foolish and is coming at a time when the economy is still headed south. New taxes on companies means higher prices for Americans, something most families can ill-afford right now. Inflation is still high, but a recession is looming and Americans will have to make even tougher choices in the coming year in response. Agreeing to a global corporate tax with all of that on the horizon is not only foolish, it’s a direct assault on the lower and middle class – classes the Biden administration swore they were out to protect.

Under the leadership of its highly-paid executives, Oxfam has succumbed to an offensive agenda that is damaging to its reputation – as well as to those of its staff who dare to publicly disagree with its stance on trans issues and diversity. Let us not forget that behind those friendly rainbow motifs lies a charity that in the aftermath of the 2010 earthquake in Haiti launched an investigation into reports that its own employees, including senior figures, sexually abused local women, hiring prostituted women and girls for orgies.

It's a deeply sad demise for the charity, founded in 1942 with the noblest of aims to send food supplies to starving mothers and children in Nazi-occupied Greece. From these simple beginnings it expanded to provide international aid around the world, helping to combat poverty and hunger, as its fuller name, the Oxford Committee for Famine Relief, makes clear.

Oxfam's obsessive focus seems no longer to be its founding mission of alleviating poverty and helping the most vulnerable but instead a culture war. Earlier this year, it published an 'Inclusive Language Guide' during which, over the course of 92 self-flagellating pages, it apologises for the English language, describing it as 'the language of a colonising nation', and offering a lengthy list of words that should be avoided. Among them are 'mother' and 'father' which they claim ascribe 'gendered roles' which could upset transgender people.

While they are being promoted around the world as a crucial weapon in reducing carbon emissions, solar panels only have a lifespan of up to 25 years, writes Daniel Gordon of BBC Sounds. That’s a significant problem considering the sheer number of panels being installed worldwide. As Dr Rong Deng states, the world has installed more than one terawatt of solar capacity… there could be as many as 2.5 billion solar panels.

But researchers have shown that ultra-processed foods can impact our health. With this in mind, we looked at the most ultra-processed foods experts say you should cut from your diet. The most commonly eaten ultra-processed foods in the UK are:

• Industrialised or mass-produced bread (11 per cent)
• Pre-packaged meals (7.7 per cent)
• Breakfast cereals (4.4 per cent)
• Sausages and other reconstituted meat products (3.8 per cent)

These are then closely followed by various confectioneries (3.5 per cent), biscuits (3.5 per cent), pasties, buns and cakes (3.3 per cent) and industrial chips (2.8 per cent). Soft drinks, fruit drinks and fruit juices make up 2.5 per cent of the average calorie intake. Salty snacks, including Britain’s favourite crisps, make up 2 per cent of our calories, as do sauces, dressings and gravy (2.1 per cent).

Other ultra-processed foods include baked beans, tinned soups, meat alternatives, soy and drinks used as dairy milk substitutes. Also added on the list are ice cream and some alcoholic drinks including whisky, gin, and rum.

It's important to note as well that not all ultra-processed foods are equal, for example, some have nutritional benefits such as wholegrain bread, certain cereals and baked beans. It's better to choose these more nutritional foods with your meals rather than foods such as crisps, sweets or pizzas. BHF also suggests that people get in the habit of reading food labels so that they can easily identify and cut back on foods that have a higher percentage of sugar, salt or saturated fat.

Nevertheless, in December 2020, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) issued a “Notice of Declaration” in which they stated the following: The recurrent but unpredictable and variable nature of Marburg disease outbreaks and the transmission profile makes marburg viruses a threat to the public health security of the American people, requiring vigilance and a continuing need for development of medical countermeasures. Similar to determinations and experiences with Ebola virus outbreaks, marburg virus has been determined to have the potential to be a threat to US public health security.”

This is just wrong. There’s no evidence that Americans are at risk of contracting or dying from Marburg. There have been no outbreaks in the US and no proof there will be any in the future. So, why would HHS deceive the public on a matter of such importance? That’s the question?

Is Target the only company engaged in similar activities? Not even close. It’s safe to assume the vast majority of big companies in America are engaged in some way with pushing their employees into “Pride Month” festivities. But one might think Target of all companies would tone it down, at least until the dust settles. It appears they have learned nothing from their self-imposed misfortunes.

But the problem Target also faces — now that they’ve gone down this road — is that people are scrutinizing everything they do and finding more problematic instances where they appear to be taking political positions. For example, Target — through its nonprofit foundation — has provided funding for the NDN Collective. Among the things NDN is fighting against is Mount Rushmore, which they term “white supremacy.”

Fox asked Target why it would support an organization like this while also claiming to support veterans in its corporate announcements. Neither Target nor NDN responded to Fox’s inquiries immediately. We’ve already written about how Target supports an organization that would keep parents in the dark about their children being treated as a different gender by the school.

At present, most cultured meat companies still use fetal bovine serum (FBS) as the growth medium, which is obtained from unborn calves that are cut out of the womb and drained of their blood while still alive. Hence, most claims of cultured meat being animal-free or free of animal cruelty are false.

While the fake meat industry is being touted as an environmentally friendly and sustainable way to feed the world, the true intent is to recreate the kind of global control that Monsanto and others achieved through patented GMO seed development.
