The State Weaponizes Education to Create Ignorance

USA - A hundred fifty years ago, at least some Americans recognized that all serious discourse depended on the use of the faculty called Reason. Formal debate, science, and law all flowed from that source. A common bond existed in some schools of the day. The student was expected to learn how Reason operates, and for that he was taught the only subject which could lay out, as on a long table, the visible principles: Logic.

America Has Given The Crazies Control Of The House

USA - This is a very dark moment in American history.  On November 6th, the American people gave the keys to the US House of Representatives to the Democrats, and that means that the crazies will soon be unleashed on Capitol Hill.  They won’t be able to get much legislation pushed through because Republicans still control the Senate and Donald Trump is still in the White House, but they will be able to cause all sorts of chaos with their investigative powers.

Dear America, If Voting Made Any Real Difference...

USA - Dear America, If Voting Made Any Real Difference, They Wouldn’t Let Us Do It. It’s election time again and that means that roughly 40 percent of eligible voters will rush to the polls to vote for the lesser of two evils who they think will implement their political will for the benefit of the citizenry. Politicians will be waving signs on street corners as Americans line up in elementary schools across the country to cast their vote — for freedom, or something like that.

US Christmas sales predicted to surpass $1 trillion

USA - Christmas holiday retail sales in the US are expected to climb above the $1 trillion mark for the first time this year, on the back of low unemployment, solid income growth and higher consumer confidence, according to a study released Tuesday. Total retail sales in the US will hit $1.002 trillion during the holiday period — which it defines as spanning November 1 and December 31 this year — an increase of almost 6 percent from the previous year, marking the "strongest growth since 2011," data from market research firm eMarketer showed. The report comes amid concerns over the future of brick-and-mortar retailers, with the likes of Sears and Toys 'R' Us facing bankruptcy — although the latter's lenders recently cancelled a bankruptcy auction and plans to revive the brand.

New supercomputer mimics human brain

UK - A new supercomputer is able to mimic how the human brain functions, and can perform 200 quadrillion actions simultaneously. The Spiking Neural Network Architecture, or SpiNNaker, went online last week for the first time at the University of Manchester in Britain. The computer can model more neurons in real time than any machine on the planet, developers say. "SpiNNaker completely re-thinks the way conventional computers work. We've essentially created a machine that works more like a brain than a traditional computer, which is extremely exciting," Steve Furber, a professor of computer engineering, said in a statement.

Fertilizers’ impact on soil health compared

USA - In a newly published study, researchers dug into how fertilizing with manure affects soil quality, compared with inorganic fertilizer. Ekrem Ozlu of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his team studied two fields in South Dakota. From 2003 to 2015, the research team applied either manure or inorganic fertilizer to field plots growing corn and soybeans.

Measuring the Age of the Universe

USA - The single most important puzzle in today's cosmology (the study of the universe as a whole) can be summarized in one question: How old is it? For nearly a century - since the discoveries by Einstein, Hubble, LeMaitre and others led to the big bang model of creation - we have known the answer. It is about 13.8 billion years old (using current data). But in just the past decade the two alternative measurement methods have narrowed the uncertainties in their results to a few percent to reach a stunning conclusion: The two do not agree with each other. Since both methods are based on exactly the same model and equations, our understanding of the universe is somehow wrong - perhaps fundamentally so.

Propaganda is the art of overwhelming logic

USA - One type of mind control involves defeating logic as a method of thinking. Modern formulations of basic logic begin with the statement: You can’t have A and not-A. Which is a way of saying contradictions are unacceptable. So it’s no surprise that mind control attempts to introduce contradictions into rational processes. You see this in propaganda.

‘Real army’ will defend Europe ‘against China, Russia, US’Comment

EUROPE - French President Emmanuel Macron called on Tuesday for a “real European army” as the continent marks a century since the divisions of WWI. “We have to protect ourselves with respect to China, Russia and even the United States of America,” Macron told Europe 1 radio.

Iran president warns of ‘war situation’ as sanctions resume

IRAN - The US re-imposed all sanctions Monday on Iran that once were lifted under its 2015 nuclear deal with world powers, grinding further down on the Islamic Republic’s already-ailing economy in what President Hassan Rouhani described as a “war situation” now facing Tehran.

USA: Mid-term elections 2018

USA - US President Donald Trump has made a last bid for voters to back the Republican party on the eve of a nationwide election that is seen as a referendum on his presidency. "Everything we have achieved is at stake tomorrow," he said during a blitz of three final rallies. The mid-term elections come half way through his four years in office, and will determine how effectively he can govern for the next two years.

Utah mayor killed in Kabul

AFGHANISTAN - The US serviceman killed in an insider attack in Kabul is identified as Brent Taylor, a mayor from Utah. While shocking to some back at home, this is only the latest such incident in a war that even top brass now call unwinnable. North Ogden city mayor Major Brent Taylor was deployed to Afghanistan with the Utah National Guard at the beginning of this year. Taylor’s trip to Afghanistan was the fourth such deployment for the father of seven and was due to last one year. Instead, Taylor was gunned down in an “apparent insider attack” in Kabul on Saturday. The gunman was reportedly a member of the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces – whom Taylor was deployed to train and advise. The gunman managed to wound another US service member, before other Afghan forces killed him.

North Korea Warns They’ll Return to Nuke Development

NORTH KOREA - Over the weekend, North Korea issued a statement warning that they will “seriously consider” returning to the development on nuclear weapons if the US continues to refuse to ease economic sanctions against them. Since North Korea halted nuclear testing and has made substantial diplomatic progress, many nations have advocated for some early sanctions relief, but so far every such effort has been blocked by the US.

USA tops charts for WORST health outcomes

USA - In some countries, doctors are paid bonuses for healing their patients, or they’re not even paid at all until the patient becomes well. In the United States, doctors are paid by Big Pharma to peddle experimental drugs made with chemicals in a laboratory that cause side effects that are worse than the conditions and symptoms being “managed.”

GMO Potato Creator Now Fears Its Impact on Human Health

USA - Of all the genetic engineers who have renounced the technology — Arpad Pusztai, Belinda Martineau, Thierry Vrain, John Fagan and Michael Antoniou, among others — because of its shortsighted approach and ability to produce unintended and potentially toxic consequences, Caius Rommens' story may be the most compelling.

“Just what is an APOSTLE?”
Just what is an Apostle?

Today we find the Church of God in a “wilderness of religious confusion!”

The confusion is not merely around the Church – within the religions of the world outside – but WITHIN the very heart of The True Church itself!

Listen to Me, You who know righteousness, You people in whose heart is My Law: …I have put My words in your mouth, I have covered you with the shadow of My hand, That I may plant the heavens, Lay the foundations of the earth, and say to Zion, “you are My people” (Isaiah 51:7,16)
