UK - Harsh Covid-19 restrictions will have to stay in place longer if Britons refuse to be vaccinated, the Deputy Chief Medical Officer has warned. Jonathan Van-Tam said the entire country was “fed up” with social distancing – but said “the dream” of ending it lay in the hands of ordinary people, weighing up whether to have a jab. “If you want that dream to come true as quickly as it can come true, then you have to take the vaccine when it’s offered to you,” he told a press conference. “Low uptake will almost certainly make restrictions last longer.” The comments came as the first survey since the dramatic go-ahead for the Pfizer vaccine found that one in five Britons lacks confidence in it. The jab has to be stored at such low temperatures that it can only be moved a few times, while the packs of doses – with 975 doses per pack – cannot yet be split up.
NICARAGUA - An uptick in activity has been observed at the Nicaraguan Telica volcano on Monday, November 30, 2020, with low-level ash emission and dozens of explosions at regular rates. Ashfall was reported in nearby communities, including El Panal, Cristo Rey, Los Cocos, and Los Ángeles. At least 50 explosions were recorded within 9 hours on November 30, with a maximum height of ash between 100 and 400 m (330-1,300 feet) above the crater. This is about 1.5 km (5,000 feet) above sea level.
UK - The UK government has granted pharmaceutical giant Pfizer a legal indemnity protecting it from being sued, enabling its coronavirus vaccine to be rolled out across the country as early as next week. The Department of Health and Social Care has confirmed the company has been given an indemnity protecting it from legal action as a result of any problems with the vaccine. Ministers have also changed the law in recent weeks to give new protections to companies such as Pfizer, giving them immunity from being sued by patients in the event of any complications. NHS staff providing the vaccine, as well as manufacturers of the drug, are also protected. The Department of Health and Social Care confirmed an indemnity was in place for Pfizer and added that the government would be adding the coronavirus vaccine to the list of vaccinations covered by the Vaccine Damages Payments Act. This pays out a one-off £120,000 payment to people who are permanently disabled or harmed as a result of a listed vaccination.
UK - The United Kingdom government has today announced its approval of the first Covid19 vaccine for general use. 800,000 doses are slated to be released for general use by the end of the week, and has already signed a contract for 40 million more doses (to go along with over 300 million doses of as-yet-unreleased vaccines from other companies). With the newest phase in the Covid19 roll-out set to begin, it’s time we addressed the five biggest questions about this vaccine, its effectiveness, its safety and whether or not we’ll be forced to use it.
USA - A Democratic group dedicated to representing secular values unveiled a slate of recommendations for President-elect Joe Biden’s incoming administration on Monday (November 30), outlining a sweeping agenda designed to roll back many of President Trump’s actions involving religion and to “restore a vision of constitutional secularism.”
IRAN - Iran’s parliament on Tuesday approved a bill that would suspend UN inspections of its nuclear facilities and require the government to boost its uranium enrichment if European signatories to the 2015 nuclear deal do not provide relief from oil and banking sanctions. The vote to approve the bill, which would also require approval by the Guardian Council, a constitutional watchdog, was a show of defiance after the killing of a prominent Iranian nuclear scientist last month. Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has the final say on all nuclear policies. Parliament Speaker Mohmmad Baqer Ghalibaf was quoted by state TV as saying lawmakers were “hopeful to remove sanctions through this stern decision.” Lawmakers have pressed for a more confrontational approach since the US withdrew from the nuclear agreement in 2018.
USA - Are you a conservative, a libertarian, a Christian or a gun owner? Are you opposed to abortion, globalism, Communism, illegal immigration, the United Nations or the New World Order? Do you believe in conspiracy theories, do you believe that we are living in the “end times”? If you answered yes to any of those questions, you are a “potential terrorist” according to official US government documents.
UK - The United Kingdom’s deputy chief medical officer has suggested that practices like wearing masks and using hand sanitiser could be habits Britons have to keep “for years”. In further comments made to Britain’s state broadcaster the BBC on Thursday morning, Van-Tam also made clear his view that a coronavirus vaccine would not be a magic-bullet returning the country to normal.
USA - As many of you know who have been following closely my work on the “Great Reset” movement, this stunning proposal to usher in a completely new global economic system has not received nearly enough attention from the mainstream press. The Great Reset is, without question, the most important issue facing the United States today – and probably the most important issue facing the country since the fall of the Soviet Union. I used to think the rise of socialists like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Bernie Sanders reached that level, but now, I think it’s clear that the globalist Great Reset movement, which also has very strong collectivist and socialist elements to it, is much more worrisome. Yet, despite the gargantuan amounts of evidence revealing the truth about the Great Reset agenda, the media has largely ignored it. And when the media has spent time discussing it, it has usually been to deride people like me for pushing a “conspiracy theory” about globalism. The proof is crystal clear, however. You don’t need to take my word for it. You can read mountains of quotes from Great Reset supporters indicating what their plans for the future are.
USA - Today, Tom Zawistowski, President of the TEA Party affiliated We the People Convention (WTPC) and Executive Director of the Portage County TEA Party, published a full page ad in the Washington Times newspaper demanding that President Trump Invoke limited Martial law in order to allow the US Military to oversee a new free and fair federal election if Legislators, Courts and the Congress do not follow the Constitution. Zawistowski said, "We wanted to express our concerns to the President, to the legislators, courts and Congress that We the People will NOT cede our exclusive Constitutional right to elect our Representatives to judges, lawyers, courts, Governors, Secretary’s of State, Congress, corrupt election officials and local politicians, the corrupt media - or Leftist threats of violence! It is OUR EXCLUSIVE RIGHT to elect our President and that sacred right has been infringed by the massive, planned, illegal election fraud conducted by corrupt Democrat/Socialist Party operatives across our nation to steal our vote. We will NOT stand for it."
USA - Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney [US Air Force Retired] said in a no-holds-barred interview that he doesn't believe the courts are likely to come through for President Trump. Despite massive amounts of evidence of widespread irregularities, many judges appear either unable or unwilling to sort through allegations of rigged voting machines and dozens of affidavits from eyewitnesses to ballot stuffing, denial of Republican poll watchers from observing the process, evidence of more votes cast in hundreds of precincts than were registered to vote, and a host of other irregularities. The General placed the burden squarely on President Trump to use the emergency powers at his disposal and put down what he described as a coup d'état in progress.
USA - Attorney Molly McCann, who has been working for high-profile lawyer Sidney Powell, said Monday that the Supreme Court has a 'duty' to take the election fraud cases that the Trump team is uncovering. McCann, who will be stepping away from politics to start a clerkship in Texas, said on "Just the News AM" that she has faith that the cases will reach the high court. She said she also believes President Trump won the election on November 3 and thinks the narrative on so-called "President-elect Biden" needs to change by either winning cases or action in the state legislatures. "It's really important for the American people to start to hear what has been filed in these various cases, and hopefully to gain some traction in the media, but we can't see legislators do what they sometimes do, which is make a lot of noise and do some sort of performative hearings but then no action," McCann told show host Carrie Sheffield.
UK - Brits could be denied entry into bars, theaters, and sporting events if they cannot prove they’ve received vaccination against COVID-19, according to the head of the United Kingdom’s vaccine rollout.Nadhim Zahawi, the newly appointed minister to oversee the UK’s COVID-19 vaccine deployment, says the proof of vaccination could be held on a phone application already used in Britain as part of the government’s track and trace system. Zahawi explained that while the vaccine should be voluntary, he believes Brits will find that most businesses will require proof of vaccination before providing service.
USA - Conventional wisdom is that COVID-19 has caused thousands of deaths in the United States and nearly 1.5 million worldwide. This perception has been directly challenged by a study published by Johns Hopkins University on November 22.
USA - America knows it is sick. It is showing all the symptoms. There are doubts about the legitimacy of elections, and confidence in political institutions has crumbled. The media have abandoned or lost their role as impartial observers. The country's predominantly white police force continues to deploy misguided violence against a disillusioned and outraged Black population. There are armed militias on the streets and it's become almost impossible to voice an opinion without getting overwhelmed by hateful comments on social media. To top it all off is a president who refuses to concede defeat, a society that has been battered by a pandemic that can only be contained by way of solidarity.
