Modern COP negotiations have also negotiated other vital treaties such as the Paris Agreement, and this year's meeting has four clear aims. COP26 will ask attending countries to come up with "ambitious" emissions reductions by 2030. Specifically, delegates should show how they intend to :-

• Phase out coal usage,
• Reduce deforestation,
• Accelerate the switch to electric vehicles
• Encourage renewable investment.

The proposals will also have to keep the aim of reducing global temperatures within 1.5C in sight.

Global, unelected special interests have a vision of what your future is going to look like, and these international networks of power ideally want you to blindly accept every aspect of your life being controlled by experts, with this system known as technocracy, or rule by experts (technicians).

Before we delve deeper into the insidious nature of the neo-slavery world order, a little context on the organization behind the reset is needed. It is the brainchild of the World Economic Forum (WEF) at Davos, led by Professor Klaus Schwab, the founder and Executive Chairman of the WEF, with other global organizations such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the UN pushing this initiative.

Back in 2016, the WEF featured a ridiculous article written by Ida Auken, that described a system akin to neo-feudalism: Welcome to the year 2030… I don’t own anything. I don’t own a car. I don’t own a house. I don’t own any appliances or any clothes. A system where you, as an individual, do not own anything, is a system where everything you have can be taken away from you at a drop of a hat. It essentially describes a neo-feudal, or neo-slavery, system.

WEF and its partners are using the COVID-19 pandemic as “a unique window of opportunity” to rapidly usher in The Great Reset, which involves changing everything from future global relations and the direction of national economies to “the priorities of societies, the nature of business models and the management of a global commons”. Part of the plan involves ushering in stakeholder capitalism, in which private corporations — not elected leaders — become “trustees of society,” putting your privacy and data, your food and your freedom at risk.

Also known as the Davos Forum, the event takes on a different theme each year, providing a global platform for business leaders, government officials, academia and other members of society to discuss “critical issues.” WEF (World Economic Forum) is one of the key players behind The Great Reset, with their “new normal” dictum that, by 2030, you will own nothing and be happy.

To me, that perfectly sums up the spirit of Cop26, which kicks off in Glasgow tomorrow. I've been watching such grandiose declarations about transforming the global economy and our way of life for more than 20 years — yet emissions continue to increase."

"I have no doubt about the reality of climate change, but as I lay out in my latest book, False Alarm: How Climate Change Panic Costs Us Trillions, Hurts The Poor And Fails To Fix The Planet, many of the very costly measures that dominate our climate conversation have proved next to useless."

We need to invest in improving green technologies instead of trying to force ineffective renewable energy, such as electric cars or heat pumps, on people. Because the truth is that now, even though there is more political focus on climate change than ever before, we are not achieving anything."

China, the world’s largest polluter, pumps out more greenhouse gas than all of the other industrialized nations combined. China is currently undergoing a severe energy crisis and last week ordered an “all-out” increase in coal production to fuel its power plants.

The SCMP reported China is trying to placate climate activists by building showpiece wind and solar energy projects – which is nonsensical as anything but theatrics, as solar panels and windmills do not magically absorb the emissions from coal-fired power plants – and stepping up reforestation projects, which do process carbon, but all of the trees in Asia would be very hard-pressed to devour all the gas China will produce as it burns record-breaking volumes of coal.

World Resources Institute vice-president Helen Mountford gave China credit for pledging not to build any more coal plants beyond its borders – after building three times as many coal plants as the rest of the world last year – but said Beijing must do more to “rein in greenhouse gas emissions this decade.”

Biden, whose appeal with the American public is fast wearing off, is hoping to use the G20 to repair his reputation with world leaders after his shambolic withdrawal from Afghanistan frustrated allies and drew unfavourable comparisons with predecessor Donald Trump.

Aside from Afghanistan, the agenda for the meeting is set to include Covid vaccines and global access to healthcare, the economic recovery from the pandemic and wealth inequalities, climate change, and trade. It comes ahead of another major conference - the COP26 climate summit - which kicks off in Glasgow on Monday. Ahead of the G20, Biden - one of the world's most-prominent Roman Catholics - will speak with the head of the church, Pope Francis, in a closed-door meeting at the Vatican.

He said that it is unlikely that countries gathering in Scotland will agree to bear the economic and political cost of a radical emissions cut that would be needed to hit the target. While representatives from nearly 200 countries will be in attendance at the talks, notably, China's Xi Jinping and Russia's Vladimir Putin have both confirmed their absence from the events.

According to POLITICO, some countries are also starting to move the goalposts, with top government advisers in Europe apparently privately preparing to explain to the public why 1.6 or 1.7 degrees might not mean total failure. This may be a particularly damaging outcome for COP26, as - according to one British diplomat who spoke to POLITICO - "COPs are really about confidence building". An abandoned target has the potential to undermine this confidence.

However, many major global players have hit out this goal, with twenty-four ministers from China, India and other big developing countries issuing a furious statement in advance of the talks. They criticised what they saw as an attempt to “shift the goalposts” of the Paris Agreement. Rajani Ranjan Rashmi, India’s former lead climate negotiator said: "If the rich want to chase a mirage they should cut their own emissions faster than they currently plan.

The aim of COP — the acronym for the conference of parties that’s now in its 26th round — is to curb emissions, keep the goal of 1.5 degrees of global warming within reach, reduce coal use, sort out rules for a global carbon market and raise billions in climate finance.

But at the heart of talks is the issue of fairness. Developing nations say rich countries wrecked the planet as they industrialized, and it’s now unfair they’re thwarting others’ economic progress — and failing to provide enough cash to help poor countries adjust. That’s why there’s so much talk about how much money will be on the table.

Morse charged: “The education establishment doesn’t think these uppity parents have any right to oppose the sexualization of their children, transgenderism, and outright pornography in the schools.” Morse explained: “The Sexual Revolution has come to dominate public education. Children are encouraged to choose their gender. Biological boys are allowed to participate in girls’ sports and use their showers and changing rooms.” A parent in Loudoun County, Virginia, says the school district tried to cover up the bathroom sexual assault of his daughter to protect its “transgender” policies.

“The worst of the lot, though, is the Biden Justice Department considering treating parents who are too outspoken at school committee meetings as ‘domestic terrorists,’” Morse said. “With that label slapped on them, concerned parents, ordinary decent people, could be prosecuted under the Patriot Act.” “The Ruth Institute disagrees in the strongest possible terms. Parents are the primary educators of their children. The State is muscling in, far beyond its rights or its competence. This is tyranny, full stop.”

“This is the beginning of the greatest financial crisis in US history,” Schiff says, adding “The financial crisis of US of 2008 will pale in comparison with the severity of this recession. We are going to have a much greater recession than the one that we had in 2008.” According to the expert, the difference is that “this one is actually going to have inflation; we are going to have rising consumer prices and a falling dollar which is going to make it so much worse than what we experienced 10-12 years ago.”

Schiff explains that the coronavirus is just a pin while the debt bubble is the problem. The virus has not only pricked the stock market bubble and the crypto bubble, but it has also punctured the bond market bubble. “So, now we have to deal with the consequences of the disease that the Fed inflicted us with. And unfortunately the Fed’s cure for the coronavirus is going to be fatal for the economy.” The strategist says that the fiscal stimulus is going to make the situation worse.

“The US is broke, there is no money to stimulate the economy, and all we can do is print money… The bond market is imploding because there is too much debt.”
