Outraged protesters arrived to picket the event, while the shows promoters and participants defended the day as nothing more than an opportunity for people to share joy about who they are. The controversial event comes as debates rage across the country about how gender identity and children should interact.

The event was met with vitriol by some, who came out in protest and called after parents in line with their children, accusing them of 'grooming' and endangering their kids. 'I only have one question, why do you want to put an axe-wound in between your son's legs?' one protester says through a bullhorn. A woman responds 'We've got kids here, please go away.' 'That's the point,' the man on the bullhorn says.

That interaction quickly devolved into the protestor accusing the parents in line of enabling democrats to endorse pedophilia, and a woman screaming 'You're scaring children! Shame on you! Shame on you!' as children in line cower and hold hands over their ears.

Controversy around the event comes as Pride Month kicks off in the US, and as debates swirl across the country about the role of gender-identity exposure and education to children. In March, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed into a parental rights bill that bans teachers from giving classroom instruction on 'sexual orientation' or 'gender identity' in kindergarten through third grade. In April, a Tennessee lawmaker said he would 'burn' banned books if he could, as books about gender identity top the lists of banned titles at schools across the country.

And just this week, DeSantis moved to ban transition therapies for children and revoke Medicaid support for trans adults' treatments in Florida. That includes suspending access to 'puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries'. 'Florida must do more to protect children from politics-based medicine,' wrote state surgeon general Joseph Lapado, who DeSantis appointed to his post in February. 'Otherwise, children and adolescents in our state will continue to face a substantial risk of long-term harm.'

The first sign, however, that things might not be going the globalists' way, came when Botswana stated that they would be collectively withholding their support for the ‘reforms’, which many African members were very concerned about. Multiple other countries also said they had reservations over the changes and would not be supporting them either.

These included Brazil, Brunei, Namibia, Bangladesh, Russia, India, China, South Africa, and Iran. Brazil in particular said it would exit WHO altogether, rather than allow its population to be made subject to the new amendments. In the end, the WHO and its wealthy nation supporters were forced to back down.

Within the beginning of the year, the government of Canada has become a dictatorship! Canada is so unfree that if you disagree with its policies they won’t let you leave. This in direct violation of Article 13 of the universal Declaration of Human Rights which was adopted by the United Nations General Council in 1948 as a guideline that all democracies must follow.

The tweet coincides with another day of record-breaking gas prices, which jumped five cents overnight, reaching $4.671 for regular gas. Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm, however, has remained in denial, telling Americans that they can “thank the activity of Vladimir Putin for invading Ukraine” — a remark Senator Josh Hawley (Republican for Missouri) dismissed as “utter nonsense” during a hearing last month. “It is not administration policies that have affected supply and demand,” she claimed, causing Hawley to set the record straight.

“And here’s what your president did when he first came to office,” Hawley said: He immediately re-entered the Paris Climate Accord. He canceled the Keystone Pipeline. He halted leasing programs in ANWR. He issued a 60-day halt on all new oil and gas leases and drilling permits on federal lands and waters. That’s nationwide. That accounts, by the way, for 25 percent of US oil production. He directed federal agencies to eliminate all supports for fossil fuels. He imposed new regulations on oil and gas and methane emissions. Those were all just in the first few days. “Are you telling me that had no effect on our energy supply?” he asked…

Food grains — including corn and wheat — were up 2.8 percent for the month and 45 percent compared with a year ago. Feed grain prices increased 7.8 percent from the prior month and 33 percent from a year ago.

The poultry and egg index jumped 22 percent from March and 94 percent from a year earlier. The April market egg price, at $2.21 per dozen, is 81.0 cents higher than March and $1.64 higher than April 2021. The price of chickens raised for meat, at $1.05 per pound, is 15.3 cents higher than March and 49.7 cents higher than a year ago. At 95.3 cents per pound, the April turkey price is 2.5 cents higher than the previous month and 18.5 cents higher than April 2021. Milk prices climbed 4.12 percent in April and are up 47 percent compared with a year earlier.

Worse still, natural gas is required in the manufacturing process for most nitrogen/fertilizer products … so the recent surge in European NatGas prices to record highs will only exacerbate the cost of fertilizer from any halt from Russia “And with wheat prices already at all-time highs, all hell is about to break loose not only among food producers, but soon in your local grocery store once consumers realize that food prices are about to double, triple and more.

This is a serious situation, to say the least. Many people, if not most, do not recognize how the globalization of everything has created interdependence where if one piece falls out of place, the entire thing collapses. A handful of Eastern European countries, along with Russia, supply much of the grain, energy and fertilizer that the rest of the world needs in order to survive. And this latest “dance” in Ukraine is essentially pulling the plug on the supply chain of all those things.

To make matters worse, California and Oregon are again declaring a water emergency amid a multi-year drought and are sharply reducing irrigation water to farmers in California, who produce the major share of US fresh vegetables and fruits. That drought has since spread to cover most agriculture land west of the Mississippi River, meaning much of US farmland. US food security is under threat as never before...

The poster specifically discusses fentanyl, the drug that is causing the largest number of overdose deaths in record levels. It is quite literally killing our youth. The dangerous drug is being smuggled into our southern border from Mexico, and primarily funded by China.

Fentanyl is a synthetic opioid that is 50 times stronger than heroin and 100 times more than morphine. The poster asks question “what is Fentanyl?” and remarks that “Fentanyl is a powerful opioid that can be found in heroin, cocaine, crack, methamphetamine, ketamine, and pressed pills.”

“Why is it Dangerous?” is next, followed by the answer “Fentanyl increases the risk of overdose especially among people who do not regularly use opioids.” Under how to “prevent overdose” the information given is abhorrent. “Avoid using alone and take turns”. “Start with a small dose and go slowly”. “Have naloxone on hand”. “Avoid mixing drugs”. “Test your drugs using fentanyl test strips”. This is advice on how to harm and kill our citizens; not how to help them.

Last week, WHO issued “public health advice for gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men.” “It is important to note that the risk of monkeypox is not limited to men who have sex with men. Anyone who has close contact with someone who is infectious is at risk. However, given that the virus is being identified in these communities, learning about monkeypox will help ensure that as few people as possible are affected and that the outbreak can be stopped,” the guidance said.

In bold lettering at the bottom of the guidance, the WHO wrote, “stigmatising people because of a disease is never ok. Anyone can get or pass on monkeypox, regardless of their sexuality.”

Benchmark Chicago Board of Trade wheat prices surged 50% to more than $13.60 a bushel after Russia's invasion in February halted shipments of nearly a third of the world's wheat exports, and little has gone right for wheat since then. Worsening harvest prospects in China and parts of Europe, followed by an export ban by major producer India, have tightened stocks and exacerbated global food supply concerns. Washington has been calling on US farmers to seed more winter wheat this autumn, and the government said it would allow planting on some environmentally sensitive land beginning this fall.
