USA - The Nord Stream sabotage was announced at a press conference in Washington on February 7, 2022, by President Biden. and Germany’s Chancellor Olaf Scholz. This announcement was tantamount to an Act of War by the United States against its European Allies. Interview with Professor Michel Chossudovsky (PMC), economist, professor emeritus at the University of Ottawa and editor of the renowned anti-globalist Global Research website.
USA - A Navy SEAL who took part in the mission to kill Osama Bin Laden says he was outraged over the US Navy using a drag queen for a discarded recruitment program. Robert J O'Neill, a decorated combat veteran who served for eight years as a member of SEAL Team Six, said on Twitter he 'can't believe [he] fought for this bulls**t.' 'Alright. The US Navy is now using an enlisted sailor Drag Queen as a recruiter,' he wrote. 'I'm done. China is going to destroy us.'
USA - On a wall in Manhattan, not far from Times Square, America’s debt clock ticks higher, from $3 Trillion when it was inaugurated in 1989 to more than $31 Trillion today. After climbing for so many years with no obvious economic fallout, it is easy to ignore, not least because it was moved from its location on a busy street corner to a quiet passageway. But its relentless climb is suddenly a risk to the global economy. That is because its numbers are now butting up against America’s debt ceiling — a device as manufactured as the clock itself, though one that presents a far graver danger.
USA - Rate hikes have contributed to a banking crisis and economic slowdown this year. The Federal Reserve on Wednesday raised its short-term borrowing rate another 0.25%, escalating the central bank's attack on inflation just two days after the forced sale of First Republic Bank. The Fed’s 10th consecutive rate increase arrives less than a week after fresh government data showed that US economic growth slowed over the first three months of this year.
USA - Andre Boyer enters the gas station like a soldier — back straight, boots shined, AR-15 pointed towards the floor. He’s late to meet me, he says, because his employee caught a shoplifter and he needed to sort through red tape. He seems unaware of the flutter of anxiety spreading through the store as customers see his weapon, handcuffs, and bulletproof vest. But if anyone asked, which they don’t, he’d assure them that he’s there for their own good, even though it’s hard to be relaxed in the presence of a loaded gun.
USA - In San Francisco, burglaries, car thefts and the coordinated looting of retail stores have become so common that it’s easy to lose sight of the human toll of these crimes and the role that the government plays in allowing them to persist. The experience of one city resident, whose home was broken into for an eighth time on Saturday, provides a window into the anarchy that has taken hold.
USA - Around a third of global stocks are currently overexploited, analysts say. If a trip to the lake with your fishing rod just isn’t an option, an Israeli company has created a method of 3D bioprinting your very own ‘fresh’ fish – which, it says, will be ready for cooking immediately.
USA - Central banks are buying gold at a record pace in anticipation of fiat currency collapse. Meanwhile, the commercial banking sector is imploding. Just today, three more banks were halted on the stock exchange as their stock prices collapsed. Those three banks are PacWest Bankcorp, Western Alliance and Metropolitan Bank.
VATICAN - Pope Francis issued a dire warning Wednesday, insisting that Europe is in a serious crisis due to its demographic winter and the loss of its Christian roots. Reflecting on his recent visit to Budapest in his weekly general audience, the pontiff praised Hungary’s ability to keep its Christian roots alive while they are being forgotten and lost in much of Europe. “I went as a pilgrim” to the Hungarian people and … saw “so many humble and hard-working people proudly cherish the bond with their roots,” he said.
SWITZERLAND - The World Economic Forum and United Nations are so concerned that the goals of Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development and the Great Reset (aka technocracy under a one-world beast system) are in jeopardy of not being fulfilled by the appointed date, that they have called for a summit in September to discuss how they can kickstart their stalled totalitarian agenda.
USA - The United States Navy has turned to a drag performer in its efforts to reach younger recruits on digital platforms and social media. Yeoman 2nd Class Joshua Kelley, whose stage name is Harpy Daniels, announced on TikTok in November that he would be the Navy's first 'digital ambassador,' highlighting his journey from performing on board beginning in 2018 and growing to become an 'advocate' for those who 'were oppressed for years in the service.' Kelley, who identifies as non-binary, was one of just five active sailors to participate as 'digital ambassadors' for the Navy in its 'efforts to reach a wide range of potential candidates,' a spokesperson told Daily Caller.
USA - China’s judgment is sound in attempting to rally non-Western nations against imposed values. “China’s latest attempt to rally the world against Western values,” reads a headline in The Economist, an outlet which is well known for its Anglo-capitalist outlook.
UK - Preparations for the Coronation feature on a number of Thursday's front pages. The Daily Mail says the events will be surrounded by "a royal ring of steel" in the biggest policing operation in UK history. The paper says the Metropolitan Police will deploy vans with roof-mounted cameras and facial-recognition technology - which can analyse thousands of people every minute and recognise, as the paper puts it, terror suspects, wanted criminals and known troublemakers.
USA - It’s been revealed by sources within the US Department of Justice that direct messages sent through Facebook by American users, along with public postings, have been rigorously monitored, and reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) if they express anti-government, anti-authority views, or if they question the legitimacy of the November 2020 presidential election’s outcome.
EUROPE - The increase in international crises, particularly since the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, and the continuing rhetoric of future Sino American confrontation in the Indo-Pacific, are resulting in a period of profound geopolitical upheaval, with rising maritime and naval challenges. Several trends are thus interlinked, between the strengthening of the transatlantic nexus, the continuous increase in the importance of the Indo-Pacific and the wish for strategic rebalancing on the part of the countries of the South.
