Today, the CPD [Chicago Police Department] has identified more than 280,000 gang members in the city of Chicago… That is the size of a small army! And it is important to note that these are just the individuals that the CPD has been able to identify and put into their databases. There are undoubtedly more that they don’t know about or have not been able to identify. Meanwhile, the size of the CPD has been hovering just above 12,000… Once I had the numbers, I did the math, and I discovered that gang members now outnumber police in the city of Chicago by a ratio of 22 to 1. So it should come as no surprise that major crime in the Windy City was way up in 2023…

Memphis is another city that has an absolutely massive gang problem. It is being reported that the mayor recently met with gang leaders and “asked them to agree to a seven-day ceasefire”… A seven day ceasefire? That sounds like something that would happen in the Middle East. But of course the truth is that Memphis really has become a war zone.

Overall, it is being estimated that there will be over 8 million “asylum seekers” living in the US “by the end of September”… And this is one of the primary reasons why gangs are experiencing such explosive growth. The stage is being set for societal chaos on an epic scale.

Current talks have been conducted around the Paris proposal, which calls for a six-week ceasefire and an exchange of Israeli hostages for Palestinian prisoners, most of whom are held on terror charges. Hamas has rejected a temporary ceasefire, saying it will only accept a permanent ceasefire and a complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip before it agrees to release the hostages.

Following Hamas’ hardened stance, Israel said it would not continue negotiations without a list of living hostages. Hamas refused to provide such a list, saying that information was “valuable” and couldn’t be released for free.

The cost of living has been rising much faster than our paychecks have, and that is putting enormous stress on households from coast to coast.

But some members of my profession are coining money by convincing confused children and adolescents – many with other psychiatric issues - that they are males instead of females or females instead of males. They are using hormone treatments to chemically castrate them and, in some instances, subjecting them to brutal surgical treatments that remove or add breasts and destroy and rearrange parts of their genitalia. This sometimes results in infertility and sexual dysfunction for the rest of their lives.

Furthermore, gender affirming care has been practiced in Europe, especially in Scandinavian countries for over a decade (longer than in the United States) and the long-term data on its efficacy is now available. And the verdict is that it does more harm than good. This means that trial lawyers now have convincing expert witnesses to speak to juries.

While hunger overwhelmingly afflicts the poverty-stricken nations of the world, obesity represents a unique type of affliction in that it targets both rich and poor alike. Between 1990 and 2022, global obesity rates quadrupled for children and doubled for adults, according to a new study by the Lancet (The World Health Organization classifies obesity as having a body-mass index equal to or greater than 30 kilograms per square meter).

Among the wealthy countries, the United States was the heavyweight representative and is tenth in the world for obesity among men. Shockingly, the US adult obesity rate increased from 21.2% in 1990 to 43.8% in 2022 for women, and from 16.9% to 41.6% in 2022 for men, placing the nation of 330 million fast-food consumers 36th in the world for highest obesity rates among women and, for men, tenth in the world.

None of this should have been unpredictable. After all, what does a society expect that can’t even park the car and walk several steps into the restaurant? And it’s not like consumers are ordering homemade soup and salads at the drive-thru window. The junk food served at fast food enterprises is loaded with sodium content in order to prolong its shelf life, as well as saturated fatty acids that increase cholesterol levels in the body, clog the blood vessels and restrict normal blood flow, leading to heart disease. And that’s not even mentioning the high-fructose corn syrup found in the cola drinks.

But do the American people really need another drug to combat the battle of the bulge, or is there a better, more natural way forward? Back in 2022, the World Health Organization adopted an obesity response plan that includes a number of lifestyle changes, including the promotion of breastfeeding, restrictions on marketing unhealthy food and drinks to children, nutrition labelling, and physical activity standards for schools. Unlike the US House of Representatives or the Senate, where invariably one party secures a ruling majority, multiple German parties must form a coalition to reach the required 50%+1 majority threshold. Currently, the Green Party, the Social Democratic Party, and the Free Democratic Party comprise this coalition. The latest polls show all these parties polling far below their 2021 election results while the more right-leaning parties, such as the Christian Democratic Union and the Alternative for Germany, are surging in popularity.

The recent economic slowdown has resulted in widespread political discontent, and the core of the slowdown has been disastrous energy policy. According to the most recent data published by the German Federal Statistical Office, consumers have been paying an average of 46 cents per kilowatt-hour for electricity. For comparison, the average price of electricity in the United States during December was just under 13 cents per kWh. Cost disparities can also be seen in the price of gasoline. At the fuel pump, German consumers pay an average price of $7.23 per gallon, compared to $3.33 in America.

The tipping point came in February, when the famous family-owned dishwasher manufacturer Miele announced that it would cut thousands of jobs and move production to Poland. Luxury car manufacturer Porsche initially planned on building a new car battery manufacturing plant domestically and then switched gears by announcing plans to open the proposed plant in America. Both the lack of future investment and deindustrialization create a snowball effect, worsening the situation.

According to All Israel News, Temple Institute Rabbis hope to perform this ceremony prior to Passover this year while other sources claim it will happen sometime between Passover and Pentecost.

However, the radical Islamic world understands the significance of the arrival of the red heifers and are incensed by their presence. It was no co-incidence that Hamas called its infamous and deadly October 7 terror attack "Operation Al Aqsa Flood". Nearly 46.4 percent of all adults are now reported to be single.

In many cases, as they enter their 40s, they increasingly learn the words of Solomon from Ecclesiastes 1:2 are sadly true: “Everything is meaningless.” Or, as former President Ronald Reagan reminded us in 1986, “Some have suggested that in today’s world, the family has somehow become less important. Well, I can’t help thinking just the opposite: that when so much around is whispering the little lie that we should live only for the moment and for ourselves, it’s more important than ever to affirm an older and more lasting set of values … the family remains the fundamental unit of American life.”

If our nation is to return putting selflessness over selfishness and long-term happiness over short-term “experiences,” it would be prudent to remind ourselves of the words from these two wise men and realize that marriage and family — and not money and career — are true keys to a fulfilling life.
