GERMANY - German politicians and the media have responded to the exposure of a neo-Nazi terrorist cell in the army (Bundeswehr) by calling for a reintroduction of military conscription. Christian Democratic Union (CDU) parliamentary deputy Patrick Sensburg told the newspapers of the Funke media group Thursday that the citizen in uniform was “a reliable early warning system for the recognition of extremism from both left and right.” The reintroduction of conscription was therefore not only necessary due to security grounds, but the civilian population is “also the immune system against hostility to democracy.” Historian Michael Wolffsohn declared at the beginning of May in an interview with Tagesspiegel that the main cause of the scandal in the army was “the abolition of general conscription.” This political decision was “responsible for the army now lacking the very normal citizens.”

MIDDLE EAST - The Times of Israel reports: Hamas co-founder Mahmoud al-Zahar clarified Wednesday that his terror group’s new political program, which some interpreted as accepting the idea of a Palestinian state on the 1967 lines, would not preclude Hamas from seeking to liberate all of historic Palestine, including Israel.

USA - Some people in US mainstream media don't seem to understand what a private meeting is. Last month, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson had a private meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. There were no photos of the event as it was a private meeting in every sense of the word. No one said anything at the time about this being unusual. People have private meetings all the time, whether it be a local businessman and his accountant or leaders of world powers.

ITALY - Nerves are fraying in the corridors of power of the Eurozone’s third largest economy, Italy. It’s in the grip of a full-blown banking meltdown that has the potential to rip asunder the tenuous threads keeping the European project together.

USA - The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is always the cheerleader to raise taxes to support government and they are instructing Germany to raise taxes and also talking about just imposing a 10% tax on all money on deposit in banks throughout Europe. Yes – you read that one correctly.

USA - Are we on the verge of the worst times in all of human history? We live at a moment when prominent leaders in the scientific world and in the religious world are both urgently warning that humanity could soon be facing a nightmarish apocalyptic future.

EUROPE - The globalists who run the governments and the media outlets in Europe will never admit the truth about the refugee crisis. They’ll never admit that there is a direct link between opening their nation’s borders to people from chaotic war-torn nations, and horrific terrorist attacks. They’re constantly reassuring their citizens that they have nothing to worry about from refugees who come from terror prone regions, and to suggest otherwise is racist and Islamophobic.

SOUTH KOREA - South Korea's new president has risked angering Washington by pledging to mend relations with the North Korean regime. In his first speech after being sworn in, Moon Jae-in vowed to "solve the security crisis" in the region. The left-winger even said he wanted to meet Kim Jong-un amid growing fears the despot could trigger an all-out nuclear war. He told the country's parliament: "I will urgently try to solve the security crisis."

MALAYA - Girls as young as nine are “physically and spiritually” ready for marriage, a Malaysian MP says, also claiming there’s “nothing wrong” with females marrying their rapists. It comes after Malaysia failed to criminalize child marriage in a recent law. “They reach puberty at the age of nine or 12. And at that time, their body is already akin to them being 18 years old. So physically and spiritually, it is not a barrier for the girl to marry,” Shabudin Yahaya, a member of the Barisan Nasional Coalition, told Parliament on Tuesday, as quoted by Reuters.

USA - Heroin has become so pervasive in cities such as Cincinnati and so profitable for the cartels that supply it that even cops admit the sporadic arrests they make have little effect. “It’s really not going to make any impact out on the street,” says Detective Brandon Connley, speaking from the damp parking lot outside the market. “Everybody and their mom sells drugs these days. There’s always somebody right there to pick back up.”

USA - There’s a news story that Comey requested additional money for his investigation just days before he was fired. The Department of Justice has just denied it 100%. There was no request for additional money before he was fired. CNN and the Washington Post get this fake news trail going that Comey was getting close, man! He needed some more money. He needed some more money to nail Trump!

AUSTRALIA - Charles Darwin may have been correct when he theorised that life began in a ‘warm little pond’ on early Earth, new fossils suggest. Currently most scientists believe that the first lifeforms evolved in the warm thermal vents of ancient seas, before gradually colonising the land around 2.9 billion years ago. But scientists have found evidence that microbes were living in hot springs in Western Australia as early as 3.48 billion years ago. In February 1871, Charles Darwin wrote to botanist Joseph Hooker speculating that life could have evolved in ‘some warm little pond’ if it were full of ‘ammonia, phosphoric salts, light, heat, and electricity’.

TURKEY - Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday urged Muslims to throng to the Temple Mount in a show of solidarity with Palestinians as he issued a string of challenges to Israel, which he called “racist and discriminatory.” Israel reacted quickly and angrily to Erdogan’s comments, calling them “baseless slander.” “Anyone who systemically violates human rights in their own country, should not preach about morality to the only democracy in the region,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement. “Israel strictly adheres to protecting full freedom of worship for Jews, Muslims and Christians — and will continue to do so despite this baseless slander,” the statement said. Erdogan also warned Israel against the planned Muezzin Bill meant to limit the volume on Muslim calls to prayer, saying he would not allow mosque loudspeakers to be silenced.

USA - It is hard to believe that Baltimore was once one of the greatest cities in the entire world.  Unlike nearby Washington DC, Baltimore is a blue collar city that is home to some of the hardest working people in America.  When I was in high school, my brother and I were huge fans of the Baltimore Orioles, and once in a while our parents would drive us from our home in Virginia all the way up to Baltimore to see them play.  As an adult, I spent a number of years living near DC, and I would take frequent trips up to Baltimore. 

USA - Trump's firing of the high-profile FBI director on the 110th day since taking office marked another sudden turn for an administration that has fired its acting attorney general, national security adviser and now its FBI director, who Trump had praised until recent weeks and even blew a kiss to during a January appearance.  By ousting the FBI director investigating his campaign and associates, Trump may have added more fuel to the fire he is furiously trying to contain — and he was quickly criticized by a chorus of Republicans and Democrats. “We just have no idea why this happened. No idea,” said one recently retired top FBI official who worked closely with Comey on many high-profile investigations. “No one knew this was coming. Everyone is just shocked that this happened.”
